Before joining the USMC, Austen was inspired by his uncle, Craig Rooney, an architectural engineer. In 2004, he began working at Home Depot, drafting complex door systems and later transitioned into Kitchen & Bath design, leading to a relocation to San Diego. There, he became a key member of the kitchen and bath installation team, gaining valuable remodeling experience. Austen later joined Dixieline’s “Classic Collections,” collaborating with industry experts on unique projects. His solid design education, innovative concepts, and project management skills made him an asset in the design and construction industry, committed to realizing his clients’ visions.

Ben is our Kitchen & Bath Sales Manager and Outside Sales Rep bringing with him the all around knowledge of home improvements. Occupying the industry since 2006, he appreciates the challenges and creativeness that go into a project. He listens to the needs and wishes of his clients while not forcing any particular style on clients homes. He's done everything from traditional kitchen designs to contemporary modern designs.

When Dixieline created the specialty category of Kitchen and Bath Design in 2004, Casey was one of the first designers to join our team! With a degree in Interior Design and a background working for a boutique cabinet company, she quickly became one of our top designers. She earned her place into the Million Dollar Club in 2018 and her designs have been featured on A&E’s Flip This House TV show! Away from designing, Casey is a triathlete who completed her first full Iron Man in 2016 and hasn’t stopped since.

Dawn has been in the Dixieline family for over two decades. She joined the kitchen and bath design team after she graduated college in the early 2000's. Her favorite part of designing is the challenge and the reward. Each design is unique to a client’s personality, their likes and dislikes, wish-list items, and their lifestyle needs and dreams. Dawn appreciates the diversity that each project holds and having such variety keeps her daily routine fresh and exciting.

Diana spent 20 years in the interior design industry before joining our kitchen and bath team 12 years ago. She has an obsession for transformations thriving on the idea of another project that lands on her desk. She is a creator. A designer. A thinker. A problem solver. She is constantly in creative mode looking for new possibilities to brighten the world around her. Whether that be in a kitchen remodel, an art project, fashion, color consulting, or styling for a photoshoot, you will always find her in her element of design!

Gabriel has been designing since 1997. Starting in the field shortly after highschool graduation, he has put himself through multiple schooling opportunities and continues to do so to this day! The most important role he has working with his clients is asking questions and listening to their needs. Janine co-owned a custom cabinet company for 20 years before joining Dixieline, where she has been a valued team member for nearly 12 years. As a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer with the National Kitchen and Bath Association, she excels in creating custom kitchen and bathroom layouts tailored to individual needs and requirements. Janine believes kitchens and bathrooms should be beautiful as well as functional. She works closely with clients to help create the kitchen or bath of their dreams. As a certified bathroom designer, she has knowledge of the local codes and is proficient in specifying all materials needed for the project, including plumbing, hardware and lighting as well as cabinetry and countertops.. Her greatest joy is making customers happy by turning their visions into reality.

Originally from South Africa with a beautiful accent, Julie’s design career exceeds well over 20 years. Not only do her kitchen and bathroom designs stand out from the norm, but her “artistic eye” comes in the form of graphic design, novelty cake decorating, crafting and sewing! Adaptable to various environments, diverse cultures, and international experiences, she has become a customer favorite.

Pamela is a 13 year veteran of Dixieline with a total of 18 years experience in kitchen and bath design. That experience comes after she spent years raising her three beautiful kids! Pamela is a problem solver who appreciates having a career that involves her childhood hobby. She enjoys the affect she has with creating functionality and practicality in her design spaces. Pamela is meticulous on details, has a special talent for the technical side of design, and she's an amazing communicator. A true people person.

Amber has over 20 years of door and window experience with 19 of those years working for Dixieline Lumber. She’s one of the top leaders in this specialty category focusing on the bond she creates with her clients. Listening to their wish list is one thing, but understanding their needs is another! Amber has mastered the correlation of need, want, function, and aesthetics with each project she takes on. It’s personal for her. That’s what she enjoys most about her role and that is the secret to her success. She's a true people person!

Annette is celebrating 26 years with Dixieline! 22 of those years have been in the door and window division where she has continuously landed in the top 3 for sales year-over-year. She is heavily involved with her community and currently sits as the Vice President of Lake Elsinore's Highschool Baseball club. Annette is also a main contributor to the Gary Sinise Foundation supporting America's veterans, first responders, & their families. Outside of her position with Dixieline and volunteering in her community, she's constantly on the go raising four boys!

A Marine Corps Veteran and longtime Dixieline team member, Ben has spent the last 19 years working with contractors and homeowners with their door & window needs. Witnessing first-hand the evolution of door & window customization, he enjoys working with people offering his expertise in style, function, and architectural aesthetics. Finding a product best suited for a client’s needs while keeping an open and effective line of communication is how Ben succeeds in his business relationships and becomes a trusted partner throughout each project.

Dave began his career in the Door and Window industry at age 18. By 21, he owned and operated his own window company for many years before moving on to other industry leading firms throughout San Diego. He landed with Dixieline in 2000 and has been the top salesman for 17 consecutive years! He now has 40+ years of expertise holding the record for the number of achievements and accolades in our Dixieline family. When he's not selling, he can be found at the river sunbathing on a sand bar or gathering his blended family of 7 children and 6 grandchildren for fun and laughter.

David joined our Dixieline family 13 years ago. He came with years experience in the door & window industry and was once awarded for becoming the youngest department manager at the age of 21. He spent a bit of time working on the window manufacturing side which allows him a better understanding of the door and window process. He currently stands as the number one outside sales representative for Dixieline focusing on multi-famliy and custom home remodels.

Ken is our newest member to the Door & Window category who comes with extensive experience starting back in the early 2000’s. He has been a top performer throughout the industry in various ways earning himself a spot into the President’s Club not once, but twice! What he enjoys most about his new role with Dixieline is the vast options from top manufacturers. That variety allows him to mix and match product lines, functionality, and style into the homes of clients and builders. If you don’t see Ken at the office, you’ll find him on a field or a court at one of his kids’ sporting events!

Kyle is a 12-year veteran of Dixieline having started in the lumber yard and worked his way through opportunities to become a door and window specialist. He has spent many hours volunteering for the same San Diego based Father Joe’s Villages organization that helped raise him and his older brother. Kyle has a great understanding of controlling his own success – “what you put in is what you get out.” When he’s not mountain biking the trails of southern California, he and his wife of 12 years are enjoying first-time parenthood with a beautiful young daughter.

Linda is a San Diego native with 29 years of experience. Before joining our Dixieline family 8 years ago, she owned and operated her own decorative hardware store helping customers put the finishing touches on their designs. Linda’s favorite part of her job is watching her clients face light up once the project comes together. “It is the pretty things that turn a space into a well thought out design. It’s the finishes, the materials, the sparkle, and the endless design combinations that keep this industry fresh and trendy.”

More than 20 years ago, Josh was starting out his career as a lumber handler and quickly moved into various management and supervisor roles before taking our Outdoor Living category to soaring heights. On top of his accomplishments as our top Outdoor Living expert, he is also our Product Manager maintaining and developing business partnerships throughout the company. He takes pride in his relationships with his contractors, homeowners, and our manufacturers offering the best customer service possible. Outside of the office you’ll find Josh actively engaging in his most important role – being a Dad!
